Where to find acid in 7 Days to Die

In the V3.2 files, the residence’s Tier 5 hardened chest can draw acid from its bonus-item group. The placed chest cell is at local X 45, Y 2, Z 28. This is a possible source, not a guaranteed acid drop or a best-chance recommendation.

Coordinates are (X, Y, Z) offsets in the unrotated prefab, not world coordinates or floor numbers. Y separates heights; stacked dots may overlap. The plot does not show walls, stairs or a safe route.

What else was checked?
The same pinned loot configuration contains other acid branches. Only the exact, already-audited hardened chest is published here. Quest and random-helper blocks were excluded from this recommendation because their transformations and active contents have not been reconciled. This is not a complete inventory of acid sources.
The item’s raw “med” probability-template name is not an overall chest drop percentage. Nested selection applies. Mods, settings and other versions can differ. Crafting, trader stock and perk effects require separate evidence.

GameVerity Editorial checked the exact acid chain and re-extracted the placed chest cell on October 5. Config and prefab file hashes matched the retained V3.2 baseline, depot 294422, manifest 1633674551820196085. This is a source-file check, not a live-game playtest.
